Little Roots (0-5 years)
In these early years, we focus on helping children recognise feelings, build trust, and learn simple ways to calm themselves — all through music, sensory play, and gentle movement. Parent participation is encouraged to strengthen the bond between caregiver and child.
Your child will:
-
Enjoy mindful play with songs, bubbles, and sensory activities
-
Learn to recognise simple emotions like happy, sad, or mad
-
Practise gentle breathing and other calming strategies
-
Develop sharing, turn-taking, and early social skills
-
Experience a safe, supportive environment that encourages curiosity and connection

Bright Branches (6-8 years)
At this stage, children are ready to deepen their emotional vocabulary and begin using practical coping tools. Through creative activities, group games, and “feelings detective” challenges, they learn how to manage big emotions, problem-solve, and work well with others.
Your child will:
-
Practise mindfulness through nature walks, art, and movement
-
Use a “Feelings Thermometer” to understand and express emotions
-
Create their own “Calm Kit” with fidgets, breathing tools, and affirmations
-
Learn respectful communication and conflict resolution skills
-
Build resilience by tackling fun group challenges that require patience and teamwork

Strong Shoots (8-11 years)
As children approach adolescence, they face new challenges in friendships, school, and self-image. This programme helps them develop confidence, emotional resilience, and respectful communication, preparing them for the years ahead.
Your child will:
-
Practice longer mindfulness exercises like guided visualisations and journaling
-
Learn to spot personal triggers and create “Feel Better Plans”
-
Use practical tools to manage stress, disappointment, or conflict
-
Develop strong friendship and boundary-setting skills
-
Gain confidence through roleplay, resilience games, and group discussions
